Shopping Cart

The shopping cart is where you put products you intend to buy, just like at the supermarket.

Shop the departments within our store to view various products. Click on the image to see a larger image. Click on the "Buy Now" button to add that item to your shopping cart. This will also take you to a shopping cart page which will give an overview of all the products you currently have in your shopping cart, along with a sub-total.

From the shopping cart:
1] Click on "Continue Shopping" to browse the store or add more items to your shopping cart.
2] To remove an item from your shopping cart, put a "0" in the "Qty" field, and then click "Update".
3] To order more than one of an item, change the "Qty" field to the desired number, and then click "Update".
4] To delete all items in your cart, click on the "Delete" button
5] To continue with your order, click on the "Checkout" button.

SSL uses 128-bit encryption for all personal information in transit over the Internet, including your credit card number, name and address. This technology is designed to protect your information. We will continue to provide the highest level of security to process your transaction by implementing improvements as new technologies become available.

State Sales Tax

We apply sales tax on orders shipped to or Billed to Texas. Tax is calculated based on the applicable sales and use tax laws of Texas.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within one business day.

If you are placing an order from Austria, Brunei, Bulgaria, Ghana, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Morocco, Netherlands, Nigeria, Philippines, Singapore, Tunisia, Venezuela, or Yugoslavia, you will need to fax us a letter of authorization including your full name as it appears on the credit card, the credit card number, expiration date, billing address, authorization to charge your card and a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card. Please send your fax attn: SHIPPER. If we do not receive your fax, your order will be deleted automatically. Please use the following fax number:253-498-3113.

All international orders are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery.

We accept payment via PayPal.

Domestic Shipping

All orders with PO/APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS (US Postal Service 7-10 business day delivery).
We do not ship COD.

All Standard shipping orders less than $100 will be sent USPS. All Standard shipping orders more than $100 will be sent UPS Ground.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

International Shipping (Including Canada)

Our international shipping is done USPS Air Mail Post. Please allow 2-4 weeks for international delivery.
The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery.

In order to expedite delivery of packages going to international P.O. boxes, we will include your phone number on the outside of the package. If you are concerned about your phone number being displayed on the outside of the package, please e-mail us at info@3rdcoastskate.com

Please note: On U.S. holidays, order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed.

Backorders

If one or more items from your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail that your order is back-ordered. If an item becomes discontinued, we will contact you in the same manner we received your order [via phone, e-mail, or U.S. mail]. We do not charge your card until the item ships. We ship the in-stock items immediately and then ship the back-ordered items separately when they come in. If your order requires two shipments due to back-order, you will only be charged for shipping the initial order.
